We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to help shape the future of our platform and tech stack. You’ll build secure, scalable features and work on products that make a real difference.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of new features for the Haupper platform, with a focus on automation and integration
* Design and optimize high-performance APIs, ensuring security, compatibility, and efficient integration with ERP systems and external platforms
* Identify and propose technological improvements to the product portfolio, including the adoption of new development tools and frameworks
* Ensure technical quality, adherence to coding standards, and strict deadline compliance in critical projects
* Ensure technical quality and timely delivery across development projects
What You Bring
* Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics
* Experience in cloud-based development environments using tools such as Azure or AWS
* Advanced knowledge in software architecture (microservices, serverless, and event-driven architecture)
* Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management tools and deployment automation
* Experience with multi-tenant systems and high-availability architectures
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
* Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and DevOps practices
* Ability to solve complex technical problems and work in a multidisciplinary team
* Proficiency in software security (OWASP, encryption, robust authentication)
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for highly complex technical issues
* Fluent English (written and spoken) for documentation, interaction with global stakeholders, and technical communication
