Strategic Project Manager
The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization.
This role involves liaising with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
* Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
* Produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation;
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively;
* Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is highly desirable;
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
* Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
