Summary:
The Head of Capital Advisory Sales Europe is responsible for leading and managing the capital advisory sales team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European market and a proven track record of success in corporate and government sales.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the capital advisory sales team in Europe
* Develop and implement sales strategies for Europe
* Target and acquire new corporate and government clients
* Negotiate and close deals
* Track and report on sales performance
* Manage a team of sales professionals
Requirements:
* No university degree requirements
* 10+ years of experience in corporate and government sales
* 10+ years of sales experience in Europe
* Proven track record of success in sales
* Strong understanding of the European market
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Qualifications:
* Mining & metals sector experience
* Energy sector experience
* Oil & gas industry experience
* Real estate industry experience
* Physical infrastructure sector experience
* Fluency in various languages
Compensation:
The Head of Capital Advisory Sales Europe will be compensated with a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
* Base salary of US$150,000
* Performance-based bonuses equivalent to 5% revenue share on generated revenue
