We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist in Lisbon with experience in Graphic Design to support the marketing team's efforts to reach their goals.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all marketing operations, processes and systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively to guarantee alignment with the business’ needs, and support sales.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Marketing and Communication team. As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a valuable role by contributing to our clients’ experience in a very innovative, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment. This role is key, and we are looking for a marketing professional with a very hands-on attitude and pragmatic approach.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Implement the planning for Marketing Production by prioritizing tasks and establishing deadlines
2. Coordinate and implement marketing-related deliveries and operations for the different channels / stakeholders
3. Coordinate the media plan with the agency in the execution and delivery of graphic materials, including development of print ads, digital mass mailings, and web/social media digital assets
4. Maintain the relationship with external vendors to facilitate production and timely deliveries
5. Set-up business procedures and processes to support the marketing production and digital operations
6. Support client events (fulfilment including giveaways and printings, other marketing collaterals, webinars), including designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairs
7. Ensuring all deliverables adhere to Nordea’s branding guidelines and standards
You will join a multi-skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to the local Head of Marketing Operations.
The role is based in Oeiras.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
8. Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including min 2 (two) years in a similar role
9. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
10. Are proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps and can produce visually compelling marketing materials
11. Have demonstrated experience in seamlessly transitioning between creative responsibilities and operational/ project management tasks
12. Have first class communication skills, English proficiency being a must
13. Firm understanding of common project management, including strategies, plans, processes, principles, and marketing
14. Are a “doer” and a person able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once while respecting sometimes tight deadlines
15. Have a high sense of priority and ability to re-reprioritize as per business needs and legal requirements
16. Have solid interpersonal skills: enthusiastic and positive personality, professionally curious, attentive to detail, motivated nature, easy to work with and collaborative
