As a Digital Content Specialist at diconium, you will join our international team of experts and work on projects that use software, data, and AI to create real value for businesses. Responsibilities:
* Support the rollout of regional onsite digital user experience improvement plans by communicating with subsidiaries and working individually to implement improvements.
* Provide training, ad-hoc query resolution, and ticket raising for system bugs to local subsidiary CMS editors.
* Collaborate with subsidiaries to request content following the Group Client content sharing approach.
* Gather and collate subsidiary feedback on CMS feature improvements to share and prioritize with the Group Client CMS Product Owner.
Tasks:
* Assist the Digital Content Manager in rolling out templated web content, ensuring best-in-class content is developed for local markets and governed against brand guidelines.
* Take ownership of creating new onsite digital content, seeking input from key stakeholders across the region.
* Communicate internal search rolling plans for the region, including providing training and sharing best practices to increase usage and performance of onsite search tools.
Key Goals:
* Implement the regional digital improvement program in line with business objectives and updated annually.
* Deliver ongoing CMS training, issue resolution, and content sharing support.
* Execute the regional onsite content strategy as outlined in the annual plan.
* Drive regional adoption of the Group Client onsite internal search tool through training and support.
Requirements:
* Candidate should be customer-oriented, an enthusiastic team player, and have a positive attitude towards the Western Europe region.
* Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to find efficient ways to get things done.

* Excellent planning, organizational skills, deadline management, and ability to work independently in a matrixed organization.
Experience:
* Excellent writing, editorial, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and concisely.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
* Experience working with content management systems to manage website content; OpenText and First Spirit experience advantageous but not essential.
* Solid understanding of the role and power of onsite content as part of a digital marketing strategy.
