Corporate Sales Representative
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Sales Representative. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for driving corporate sales, winning new customers, and managing corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed revenue growth targets by acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts.
* Utilize direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.
* Showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.
* Negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.
* Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
* Analyze corporate sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.
* Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
Requirements:
* Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
* Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
* Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
* Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
* Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
* Competency in MS Office programs.
* Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
* Excellent command of English and Portuguese both written and verbal.
* Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
