Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
* Conduct workshops with stakeholders, sponsors, and teams to define the solution.
* Analyze business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when needed.
* Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
* Effectively break down business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog.
* Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.
* Participate in the organization of user acceptance tests with end users.
* Write and update documentation adapted to target audience and deliver training sessions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in agile software development context.
* Experience translating business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
* Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
* Working knowledge of software development life cycle.
* College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in estimating techniques and analyzing data relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proactive, results-oriented, analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach.
