About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their online shopping experience, resolving inquiries and providing guidance on orders to create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers effectively by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and account settings.
* Stay informed about the platform's product range and policies to provide accurate support.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction by using problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth experience.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
* Interest in working in e-commerce and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
* Tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.
* Availability to start in February or March 2025.
