What will you have to do? Performs food preparation, portion control, and minimize waste in the hot and cold kitchens.
Makes proper use of equipments, and efficient workflows.
Ensure all dishes meet quality standards for garnish, timing, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.
Assist with creating special menus and daily suggestions based on product availability.
Work closely with superiors and other departments for seamless coordination.
What are we looking for? Similar experience in the role in a luxury property
Experience in gastronomic restaurant
Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety
Leadership skills, as weel as previous experience in a team management
