We're seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and manage our online presence.

This position requires 4 hours of work per day in the PST time zone.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that resonate with target audiences.
TikTok and Reels Editing: Create and edit engaging TikToks and Reels that align with trending content and showcase the brand's personality.
Community Management: Manage and engage with followers across all platforms by promptly responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong community.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.)
and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and incorporate innovative ideas into the content strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and PR teams to align social media efforts with broader company objectives and promotional campaigns.
Influencer and Partner Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach and create authentic, engaging content.
Who You Are:Social Media Expert: You have proven experience managing social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Creative Storyteller: You can craft engaging narratives and create content that captivates audiences and encourages interaction.
Experienced in Editing: Skilled in creating and editing TikToks, Reels, and other short-form video content.
Data-driven: You know how to analyze social media metrics and use data to guide your strategy and improve performance.
Community Builder: You are skilled at creating and fostering an online community, keeping followers engaged and loyal to the brand.
Adaptable: Able to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform algorithms while staying ahead of the curve.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help you connect with audiences and collaborate with teams.
