Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner - Porto
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITHIN TALENT ACQUISITION
No two days are the same, however on a typical day you will aim to support in creating an outstanding candidate experience, secure demanding hiring needs, build our brand & improve our tools and processes. You will:
1. Support hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes; from job ad creation, selection of candidates, conducting interviews & assessments to offer & onboarding.
2. Identify relevant sourcing channels, for mainly roles within Nordic speaking customer service in Iberia.
3. Work hands-on in improving our various candidate touch points; through improving our recruitment tools & processes.
4. Contribute in building & strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcom's most valuable assets – our people!
5. Ensure that the multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within the SLAs and deadlines.
6. Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
7. Provide support to other locations within Europe.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a part of a diverse TA community & report to the TA Team Leader in Spain/Portugal. You can be based in Porto in Portugal and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition teams based across Iberia, who collectively ensure the best candidate journey, while helping each other to develop & grow.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WILL:
1. Love working with people & listening to candidates talk about their life, work & dreams – while you analyze how they fit into our open positions & work environment.
2. Have at least a year's experience in end-to-end recruitment.
3. Be fluent in Dutch language plus English.
4. Identify and engage talent, to provide a unique and positive candidate experience.
5. Be aware that people are more than just their resumes & think out of the box on how to attract the best talent for our open positions.
6. Provide support and challenge hiring decisions, to secure diversity in our recruitment.
7. Adapt to requirements in various locations and collaborate with other teams to provide a smooth recruitment process.
8. Be passionate about building and promoting the employer brand, through internal and external channels.
9. Know the power of first impressions; taking care of newcomers will lead to more engaged, and better performing employees.
10. Thrive on working across cultures and nationalities and know that diverse teams make better business decisions.
11. Understand the importance of digitalization. You have a good understanding of recruitment systems, social media & tools and leverage them in your recruitment processes.
