Our main office is in Copenhagen, and this is where the company is registered as well. We have many recruiters working in various languages and from many different destinations. We host training during the week and frequent update meetings. We work on platforms such as Team Tailor, Slack, and Google Drive to ensure we provide our recruiters with all the support they need to succeed in their quest to make great hires every month!

We founded Job Squad in 2018 from the belief that recruitment needs to be done in a careful and honest way. Candidates are not just a number, but people, and our job is not to push them into random jobs where they will not be happy just in order to earn a penny. We work mainly with people aged 18-35, focusing on gap year jobs, first jobs abroad, and a few manager positions. We provide hands-on training over Skype when you start, but we expect you to be proactive and ask questions throughout our collaboration. Motivation should mainly come from within; we provide all online work tools, finished ads for you to use, and a brand that is ever-growing and reflects professionalism and fun. Support is always available online Monday-Friday.
Working as part of a dynamic and international team, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including tasks like these:
* Have the responsibility for the operational and strategic recruitment process for the local markets. Planning, job briefing, creating job ads on social media, updating our database with your candidates, proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions.
* Build a strong relationship with sales and delivery managers to understand the needs of employment every week.
* Hand-holding: Support the candidates on the entire journey, from start to end; this also means after their job start to ensure they get settled and are thriving.
* Create and find new sources to contact potential candidates.
* Process candidates' requests and provide relevant information.
Requirements:
* You speak and write Swedish at a native level and speak English fluently (B2).
* Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred but not a must.
* Experience from an international environment is a plus, and experience with working remotely is preferred.
* Experience from living abroad is not a must but a big advantage.
* You have knowledge of and experience with social media and know how to use it efficiently as a recruitment tool.
* You are willing to use your social media profiles for work purposes.
* You have a great knowledge of the mentality and culture of the languages and countries you will be supporting.
