Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Oversee partner registrations and manage the onboarding process for new partners.
* Continuously track and analyze individual partner performance metrics.
* Monitor partner training levels and optimize training administration.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues.
* Collaborate with internal sales teams on administrative topics related to the Partner Program.
* Act as a liaison between distributors and finance to ensure timely and accurate execution of rebate programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma in business, marketing, or finance.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* Strong numerical and financial acumen.
* Advanced skills in Excel.
* Detail-oriented with a precise approach to work.
* Proven ability to execute tasks, plans, and strategies effectively.
* Results-driven with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Strong data-driven analytical skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with measurable business results.
* Passion for personal development and continuous learning.
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM platforms
