Who you are
We are looking for a Community & Influencer Partnerships Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and is passionate about building positive spaces for gaming communities—especially on Discord. You will manage and moderate our Discord server, support internal team operations, and assist with influencer partnerships as needed.
What are you going to do?
* Support & Administrative Tasks
o Provide daily operational support to the Influencer Partnerships team, including documentation, reporting, and task coordination.
o Help manage influencer onboarding, contracts, and communications.
o Track community feedback and share insights with internal teams.
* Discord Moderation & Community Management
o Oversee daily moderation of our Discord server, ensuring it remains safe, welcoming, and engaging.
o Enforce community guidelines and escalate issues appropriately.
o Organize events and initiatives to foster engagement.
o Manage user roles, bots, channels, and server structure.
* Influencer Support
o Research and identify gaming influencers aligned with our brand.
o Support influencer campaigns by coordinating content timelines and tracking deliverables.
o Maintain influencer databases and performance logs.
What are we looking for?
Mandatory:
* Experience moderating or managing a Discord server, especially in gaming or content creation.
* Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with excellent written English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support community and team.
* Familiar with gaming and content creator landscape on Discord.
* Able to balance community engagement with administrative tasks.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with influencer marketing, community events, or creator outreach.
* Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch communities.
* Understanding of gaming trends and online community dynamics.
