Descrição
* Manage the financial areas, including accounting, control & reporting and M&A.
* Ensure support to the Board decision-making process by providing reliable and rigorous financial analysis.
* Act as a point of contact between the General Managers of each business and the Board members.
* Promote the continuous improvement of processes, supporting the growth of the Group.
* Support the Board in the evaluation of strategic investment decisions.
* Lead M&A processes, including Due Diligences.
Perfil ideal
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar areas.
* Previous experience as a finance manager or in similar positions.
* Experience in M&A transactions.
* Great knowledge of financial and analytical accounting, reporting and control, and risk management.
* Experience with ERP.
* Fluent in English.
* Analytical thinking, with a strong orientation towards problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills, with a great sense of responsibility.
* Agile attitude, with the ability to multitask.
