Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager & Payroll Integration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Workday implementations and upgrades;
* Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring testing activities are completed on time;
* Identify, document, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate defect tracking systems;
* Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and potential risks;
* Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality assurance practices;
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle;
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, procedures, and results;
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* Hard skills: 1-8 listed above;
* Soft skills: good communication, team spirit, proactivity, time management;
* Proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset).
