We are currently looking for a BPM Application Developer for the Banking Sector.
Responsibilities:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively participating in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related problems.
* Advanced proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) is required.
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) is recommended.
* Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
* Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills.
* Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
