We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Marketing Expert to join our team and lead all aspects of our product campaigns, paid landing page tests, A/B copy tests, and day-to-day operations of our paid search campaign management.
As a Senior Paid Search Marketing Expert, you will work on awareness campaigns, consideration/traffic campaigns, and acquisition campaigns with the main goal of continuous growth and expansion.
ResponsibilitiesTest and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, keyword bidding, and other impact-driven variables for continuous growth.Collaborate with senior management and sales to ensure top-performing Paid Search efforts.Act as the point of contact from the paid search team for the product and sales teams.Work closely with the Product team to cover product offerings across relevant keywords and ad copy.Manage daily platform management and monitor search performance to identify key trends for optimization.Collaborate with the IT team to manage paid landing page copy and A/B tests.Coordinate with the copywriting team to construct high-quality ad copy that converts.Work cross-functionally with various teams to optimize search campaigns for success.Manage relationships with external Paid Search vendors.RequirementsBased in Porto, Portugal.Minimum 3 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns for a B2B brand.Experience working closely with PMM teams translating their work into keywords and ad copy.Expertise in Google Ads suite including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA Editor, BingAds, LinkedinAds, retargeting ads - AdRoll, Quora.Experience running A/B tests across Paid Search campaigns.Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency in analytics tools for tracking performance.Proven track record in impacting revenue through acquisition for Paid Search campaigns.Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external teams.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have managed Paid Search in-house for an HRTech or Fintech B2B company, worked in multiple global markets, experience at a fast-growing startup, and remote work experience.
