Responsibilities:
Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of BSS solutions using the AmDocs stack, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. System Integration: Oversee the integration of BSS components with other telecom systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow across platforms. Microservices Development: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance of BSS applications. DevOps Implementation: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the BSS domain, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to improve software delivery speed and quality. BSS Transformation: Lead BSS transformation initiatives, including the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Data Migration: Develop strategies and oversee the execution of data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and operations teams, to ensure that BSS solutions meet business and technical requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar. Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecom BSS architecture, with extensive hands-on experience in the AmDocs stack. Strong expertise in microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and BSS system integration. Proven experience in leading BSS transformation programs, with a focus on data migration. Proficiency with Amdocs products, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, driving high performance and innovation. Availability to travel; Good level of English (at least C1).
