We are looking for an Application Production Support!
Responsibilities:
* Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
* Maintain proper coverage in their designated shift.
* Voluntarily pick up work and tasks as received over email, phone, or in person.
* Provide updates on issues/tasks/projects to business, team members, and other partnering teams.
* Understand the underlying issues and associated patch fixes/releases, identifying systemic issues.
* Contribute towards better post-release checkouts.
* Improve day-to-day tasks by writing scripts and automating procedure-oriented tasks.
* Be available to work during holidays/weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
* Experience with Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event logs, etc.).
* Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs).
* Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferable).
* Experience with ITIL.
* Experience with IT Cloud.
* Experience with RPA (Blue Prism preferable).
* Experience with SQL/Microsoft SQL Server.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible preferable).
* Autonomous and proactive person.
* Team player.
* Ability to think outside of the box and propose new ideas/improvements for processes.
* Strong organizational skills.
