ManpowerGroup Portugal, world leader in Human Resources, is looking for a Human Resources & Onboarding Admin to join one of our clients in the Banking area.
About the role: We are looking for a Human Resources & Onboarding Admin to join our IT Governance team, with a focus on managing onboarding processes, headcount control and strategic support for talent and sourcing initiatives.
You will play a key role in liaising between the IT and HR teams and stakeholders in the UK/FR region, ensuring the smooth running of processes to support talent management and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding process of employees (internal and external) for the IT teams in the UK and France.
Monitoring the recruitment plan and reporting to senior management Control and validate contracts, rate increases and contractor conversions Supporting the preparation of decision-making committees such as Techboard and HR & Sourcing Collaborating on efficiency initiatives (juniorization, graduate programs, trainees, etc.)
Being the point of contact for the nearshore hub in Portugal Working on continuous process improvement and automation in collaboration with the IT teams Profile and Requirements: Proven experience in project management, onboarding processes and headcount monitoring.
Experience in process improvement and automation (Agile knowledge valued) Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams, Outlook) Analytical, organizational and communication skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) - required Fluency in Portuguese (c2) Knowledge of IT and HR is valued Soft skills: Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment Good relationship skills with different stakeholders and senior management Attention to detail with a strategic vision Good presentation and communication skills What we offer: Integration into a leading international project Dynamic and collaborative environment Opportunity for professional development
