Office Coordinator
Join our team at Lifthium Technology Center in Coimbra as a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain equipment and facilities, and manage services such as cleaning and maintenance.
* Communication Facilitation: Provide excellent customer service, coordinate interdepartmental communication, and facilitate event coordination.
* Data Management: Maintain filing systems, assist with data entry, and manage the database.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in office coordination.
* Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, adaptability, and collaboration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in English, Spanish a plus.
* Organized, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
