Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
4. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance.
7. Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
8. Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
7. Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
8. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services.
