Location: Aveiro, Portugal That's what it's aboutCoordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.Logging of team, project, and customer appointments.Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings.Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team.Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects.This is youInitial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.g., team assistant, project assistant, project management).Already part of a technical project team.Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.Knowledge of modern development methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
