Your mission is to ensure a robust pipeline of innovative, value-driven initiatives, ready for seamless development and deployment.
As an Automation & CRM Business Analyst, you will help our business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify potential Automation initiatives that can help Farfetch to deliver even more luxury service to our customers and excel our employees' expectations.
You will help to design and document those efforts in such a manner that our Engineering teams can have absolute trust in picking up those documents without the need to add any further refinement or extra discovery sessions.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in testing new automations, providing feedback to developers and SMEs, and continuously monitoring and optimizing our growing Automation ecosystem
