WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
FUNCTION:
1. Provide functional and technical support to users;
2. Analyze system logs and identify possible problems with applications;
3. Contribute to preventive maintenance by providing permanent fixes;
4. Prioritize and deliver excellent service, problem solving of business teams;
5. Monitor the service, report, and continuously improve the quality and availability of the service.
PROFILE:
1. Degree in Computer Science;
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Application Support (L1 and L2 support);
3. Good knowledge in Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, among others);
4. Fluency in English;
5. Analysis skills and attention to detail;
6. Good communication, dynamism, and proactivity skills;
7. Teamwork spirit and continuous learning are valued.
