Community & Property Manager - Cascais
The Community & Property Manager is responsible for providing a great Outsite guest experience by ensuring that we are meeting guests' needs, overseeing that the property is kept in excellent condition, and encouraging community.
Requirements:
* Self-starter who can work independently
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Detail oriented
* Must be proficient in communication; both verbal and written
* High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done
* Team player
* Must have a centric disposition
* Must have great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters.
* Must be based in or near Cascais
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
* Welcoming and communicating with guests, whether that is through text, in-person, and/or email.
* Being a point of contact for guests’ questions and concerns before and during their stay.
* Ensuring that guests are following rental rules and policies.
* Monitoring and maintaining the net promoter score by reviewing feedback.
Property Management
* Performing property and room inspections.
* Staging and organizing the property as needed.
* Supervising and communicating with the cleaning services.
* Keeping essential amenities and supplies stocked.
* Overseeing that all items in the property are in good working condition.
* Overseeing any necessary maintenance, repairs, and improvements as needed.
* Coordinating with vendors and following up until issues are resolved.
* Being a point of contact for property emergencies.
Community Management
* Posting at least one time per month on the Member Hub and answering questions in a timely manner.
* Moderating and posting at least one time per week on the WhatsApp location group; includes answering questions in a timely manner.
* Coordinating and attending at least one in-person gathering per week.
* Giving recommendations and answering questions about the location.
