What you will enjoy doingYou will act as responsible for finance controlling and systems and processes controlling in Homecare South finance team, leading system and processes projects develop and implementation and supporting countries in controlling and reporting activities.It will be your responsibility to develop and implement projects related to process design, automation and other relevant FiCo systems.You must act as a project leader for the Homecare South Finance and Control department in the Linde Finance community and support the Head of Finance Homecare South with regional reporting activities such as monthly P&L consolidation and monthly financial KPIs.You will support Country Homecare Business Controllers, namely Portugal and France in Controlling and Reporting activities, run trainings and workshops for internal Finance users and other departments (Procurement, HR, IT).It will be your responsibility to act as a facilitator between the country's business controllers to transform requirements into standard reports and standard analysis tools.Additionally, you will secure our SAP-CO module (e.g. cost centers, orders, profit and loss account, cost analysis/settlements, inventories, PCA mapping) and ensure that ERP financial control data and processes reflect the business correctly.Furthermore, you will assist in annual planning and forecasting process with the preparation of analytical models.You will have reporting responsibilities in CAPEX, TWC, fixed cost analysis.Also you will assist in Homecare South charging process.You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.What makes you greatYou should be proficient in SAP-FI, CO-PA module and advanced technical skills in SAP BW/ SAP SBOP analysis.You must have experience in tools for data handling and analysis like Power Query/Power Pivot.Furthermore, you must be proficient in MS O365 applications and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI or Tableau.You should have experience in Finance and Controlling activities and excellent analytical skills and accounting knowledge.You have a University/master's degree in Finance or a University degree (bachelor or master) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics or Data Science.Also, you have a minimum of 3 years working experience within finance and controlling or a related field, ideally with experience in project and process management.Furthermore, you should demonstrate knowledge and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new processes and finance systems (e.g., SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Business Warehouse, Power BI), self-motivation, and the ability to anticipate and move quickly between diverse demands.Additionally, an excellent command of English and the ability to communicate in French is a plus. This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs. Have we inspired you?
