Fórum Selecção is looking for a Recruiter – IT and Operations (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto)Main activities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, candidate communication, negotiation, and closing for IT and Operations roles;
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies;
- Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers to influence and guide talent decisions;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's benefits and recruitment-related policies to effectively communicate these to candidates;
- Partner with HRBusiness Partners and business units to understand job duties and responsibilities, and to devise targeted recruiting strategies;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other team members to create a talent pipeline;
- Utilize a mix of creative and traditional sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet searches, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships to attract candidates;
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current recruitment processes for efficiency;
- Engage candidates from diverse regions, staying informed about international relocation and expatriate processes as necessary;
- Coordinate withstaffing agencies and HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staffing resources;
- Manage recruitment activities for campus programs, including internships and full-time/rotational graduate analyst programs.Profile and skills we look for:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT and Operations roles; experience in banking is required, and agency experience is a significant advantage;
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent across various organizational levels;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organization;
- Demonstrated ability to creatively source a diverse workforce of all backgrounds;
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus;
- A solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, including EEOC regulations, is critical;
- Strong sense ofurgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proven capability to negotiate successfully and diplomatically when closing candidates;
