Collections Supervisor in Porto
We are seeking a Customer Financial Services Supervisor fluent in English and another language to work with a client in the Porto area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Credit and Collections;
* Handle Disputes, Cash Applications, and Billing;
* Provide day-to-day supervisory support to operational employees or contractors;
* Delegate activities, including performance monitoring and development discussions.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (C1 level) and good knowledge of French, Italian, or German;
* Education in a related field (minimum 12th grade);
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
* Leadership skills and team player attitude;
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills;
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);
* Willingness to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
