Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
1. Project Preparation: Support project readiness, gap analysis, and kick-off activities;
2. Conceptual Design: Assist in drafting specification documents, preparing test cases, and approving functional specifications;
3. Execution & Implementation: Coordinate and conduct functional and integration tests, manage test acceptance, and organize training sessions;
4. Stabilization & Support: Handle bug fixes, data updates, and provide consulting during stabilization. Ensure effective cross-functional communication among project participants.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
5. Education: University Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or another relevant area;
6. Experience: Experience as an IT project member;
7. Knowledge: Knowledge in HR processes and their mapping in SAP. Also,in-depth knowledge in SAP/R3 area (personnel administration "PA") - ideally in HR Core (PH1);
8. Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken English;
9. Personality: High level of social competence, self-determination, precise working style and excellent communication and motivation skills.
