About the Role:
Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In four years, it has grown to over 400 employees across three office locations: Lisbon, Tomar, and Guarda. The scope now includes Africa, the Middle East, and India.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.
* Deliver physical record and document management services.
* Maintain employee and organization data integrity and compliance.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Resolve enquiries leveraging knowledge base documents within agreed service levels.
2. Provide regular status updates to employees and partners.
3. Escalate complex enquiries to relevant subject matter experts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Sciences, or Administration.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience as an HR administrative assistant in a shared services environment.
* Intermediate level of English and German (written and spoken).

Salary:
€45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
