* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with electronics and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of mechanical designs within the overall system.
* Specification Development – Translate product concepts and high-level requirements into mechanical design specifications.
* Prototyping – Define prototyping strategies and oversee the timely, cost-effective development of prototypes that yield meaningful test data.
* Testing & Validation – Plan, execute (as needed), and document tests throughout the product lifecycle, designing test setups and jigs when necessary.
* Company-Wide Collaboration – Engage with product, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to enhance product design, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. · Documentation – Support the creation and upkeep of technical documentation and design processes to facilitate proper design tracking, maintenance, and production transfer.
You are the right candidate if you meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in using Dassault Solid Works or similar CAD.
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
