Playades is an international video games publisher with a remote team across Europe. We distribute and publish mobile games B2B to alternative markets. Our portfolio is 1000 games large. In 2025, we will also enter PC games distribution and publishing. Our mission is to help game studios reach new markets through our global distribution and to provide game portals with great games.
We are seeking a Key Account Manager & Sales (Assistant) to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our partner relations (both existing and new) and the delivery of our products to them.
The Key Account Manager will perform business communications and manage relationships with developers, publishers, and other partners. They will support onboarding new games and manage our internal product data and games portfolio. Additionally, they will handle contracts, client and vendor relationships, and lead an internal team to ensure successful partnerships.
Tasks:
* Key Accounting – Maintain active business-level communication with potential and existing vendors, and with existing and potential clients about our portfolio/roadmap.
* Product Management – Oversee and help maintain our product portfolio, present game catalog proposals to new potential clients, and support games marketing activity with B2B clients.
* Games Sourcing – Help identify great games for mobile and PC, communicate with new and existing game developer studios to onboard their games into our portfolio, present our company and services, and help studios understand our contract and business model.
* Sales Support / Business Development Support – Identify and reach out to new business partners, assist in developing business with them, and work on deal closing in coordination with our management.
* Team Coordination – Coordinate our internal teams related to client and portfolio management, key accounting, and business development. Manage deliverables material to clients/partners.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in key accounting, business development, product management, or similar roles in the game industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally.
* Knowledge of (and interest in) the gaming industry, including market trends and competitors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
