Descrição
* Act as the technical point of contact for the Product Owner and stakeholders.
* Lead data engineering projects, design data pipelines, and optimize data processing (batch & real-time) using tools like Databricks (PySpark) and DBT.
* Ensure data quality, storage optimization (e.g., Parquet, Delta Lake), and compliance with security standards.
* Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
* Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, including Data Lake Storage and Data Factory.
* Mentor junior team members, maintain documentation, and continuously improve workflows and systems.
Perfil ideal
* Master's or PhD in Engineering with 5+ years in Data Engineering within large corporate environments, particularly in Cloud and AI ecosystems.
* Strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in Python (including tooling like venv, Poetry) and advanced SQL.
* Experience designing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
* Proficiency with Azure services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Blob Storage).
* Mastery of PySpark and Delta Lake for data processing.
* Knowledge of Dimensional Modeling, 3NF, Data Vault, and DBT.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and implementing data security measures.
