AI Product Owner/Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Owner/Project Manager to lead the development and management of an innovative AI tool for the banking system and drive projects related to company culture evolution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI tool in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
* Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology to inform product development.
Project Management Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to the AI tool and company culture evolution.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
* Regularly report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management, preferably in the AI or financial services sector.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities.
* Fluent in English (B2+).
* Fluent in French (B2+).
Nice to Have:
* Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector.
* Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum framework.
