Responsibilities
* Assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism on incoming calls.
* Contact potential clients in a warm and professional manner to present our client's services and their advantages, with the aim of acquiring new clients.
* Provide accurate, real-time responses to customer inquiries.
* Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and actions taken.
Requirements
* Fluent French speaking skills.
* Previous experience in a call center environment (desired).
* High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (an asset).
* Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a valuable skill).
