We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team.
What you'll do:
* Create detailed and customized service proposals tailored to client requirements;
* Lead technical negotiations with clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations;
* Oversee the delivery of managed services, ensuring service levels, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met;
* Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues;
* Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals;
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention;
* Leverage technical knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for improving services and processes.
What you will need to bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
* Proven experience in service management within the technology sector;
* Strong background in managed services, technical solutions, and client-facing roles;
* In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and managed services delivery;
* Familiarity with project management methodologies;
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
* Leadership and people management capabilities.
