You'll work closely with stakeholders, project managers, scrum teams, and developers to optimize ServiceNow workflows, automate processes, and improve user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Engage with IT and business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, customizations, and integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, process inefficiencies, and user needs.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.ServiceNow Configuration and Customization:Collaborate with Vendors to configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules based on documented requirements, following our agile Release processes.Customize ServiceNow applications to align with organizational processes.Collaborate with Vendors to implement and maintain platform-wide features such as service catalogs and catalog items, service portals, and knowledge bases.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNow.Continuously assess and enhance ServiceNow capabilities to meet evolving business needs.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with development teams, system administrators, business requesters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless ServiceNow integrations and implementations.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to promote ServiceNow adoption.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to project sponsors and leadership.Testing and Quality Assurance:Partner with our test management and release management team to organize thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations.Help validate that solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive defect resolution.Documentation and Training:Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.Organize training of end-users and support teams on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.Qualifications:Strong communication and collaboration skills
