We are looking for a prominent professional Product Business Analyst/UX Architect to join our design team, which designs mobile and web products for interesting startups or global companies.
Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): professional services, financial, audit, consulting, accounting, ESG, entertainment, healthcare and technology applications.
We don't just limit ourselves to mobile apps. We do everything that's usable: wearables, Vision Pro, VR, tablets, kiosks (big touch screens like those in large shopping centers), apps for Windows and Mac OS, and we definitely don't neglect the web.
To put it short, you will own the project in terms of analysis, strategy, and design.
Who we are looking for:
* You worked with creative teams and clients before (agency or studio experience will be a huge plus)
* You know how to gather requirements in the way the team expects it — it is better to work with creative briefs rather than with ready-made solutions
* You hear the customer, but you do not let them manage your team
* You are a truly seasoned professional, you will have all the freedom to do things right in the way you find right. No one will tell you what to do, while everyone will be at your disposal for advice and support
* You are flexible: however brilliant your plan A would be, be open to look for a plan B, always
* Advanced English (just a must, as all your clients will be native English speakers)
Responsibilities:
* Nail down all the requirements with the client (especially the ones they haven't even realized yet)
* Jump into pre-sale activities to analyze client needs and put together solid proposals
* Build a clear project vision from a high level to nitty-gritty details
* Break it down for devs, help them estimate, plan, and keep everything aligned
* Fire up the design team with your vision, get the project off the ground smoothly, and steer it designwise until it lands successfully
* Get the full picture of design creation and project flow: know how an interface is built, why it matters, and whose needs it's covering
* Good planning skills that enable you to manage client and team expectations & be ahead of risks
* "What if" and "why not" mindset, creative and optimistic
* Step in with design solutions and ideas when the designer isn't around (like during a client call)
* Sincere enthusiasm. We believe we all bear exactly as much responsibility as we're eager to take, not imposed to
Requirements: Will be a plus:
* Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) including project planning, goal setting, risk and time management, evaluation and allocation of the resources and more
* Knowledge of design process methodologies (Agile UX and Lean UX)
* Design background and understanding of the UX principles is a HUGE plus
* Understanding of UX Writing principles
* Understanding of accessibility principles (mainly WCAG, but not limited to)
* Basic knowledge of HCD, UCD and other methodologies
* Knowledge of SDLC
Tools:
* Experience in board collaboration and mind mapping tools (we mostly use Miro and FigJam)
* Basic knowledge of Figma functionality (we expect that you will be able to navigate, copy and move mockup elements, change UX copy)
* Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google or Adobe Omniture) & data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
* You can work with the data in the spreadsheets (Excel or Google Spreadsheets), you can easily organize it and use formulas to speed up the process
Benefits:
* Team of talented and appreciative open-minded professionals
* Regular feedback and health checks
* Select benefits based on your priorities: Medical insurance, sports program compensation, English/Spanish language courses, Pet care, Business communication and more
* Private Entrepreneur and legal support
* We currently work from home with office essentials and support, but you can visit our office if you wish so
