About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. If you're passionate about fashion and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns via phone, email, or social media.
* Offer expert advice on fashion products, orders, payment methods, and shipping.
* Transform online credit simulations into completed files.
* Handle calls from prospects and clients.
* Maintain open communication with other departments and redirect cases to relevant teams.
What We Offer
1. Type of contract: Yearly.
2. Working hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm.
3. Salary conditions:
* Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.
* Excluding accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.
4. Relocation support for international candidates:
* Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
* Airport pick-up.
* Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
* Assistance with paperwork.
* Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.
Skills and Qualifications
* Native level of French and good level of English.
* Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
* Understanding of the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
* Excellent listening and communication skills.
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
* Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
