Warranty Specialist – Focus Partner Master data
In partnership with one of our clients, a leading German automotive company, Randstad is recruiting for a Warranty Specialist – Focus Partner Master data position.

Responsibilities:
* Handle highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements.
* Steer and implement automation projects to improve efficiencies and streamline processes.
* Shape solutions and applications for worldwide warranty and service support processes.
* Manage master data, user access, and set up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems.
* Ensure efficient handling of service processes towards customers.
* Set-up of new after-sales partners and deactivate partner data in the existing database.
* Maintain partner warranty conditions (hourly rates).
* Manage user access and control user roles.
* Maintain and continuously develop partner master data.
* Prepare and analyze different data, e.g., partner master data.
* Create reports and develop recommended actions based on data analysis.
* Act as contact person for sales organization and business partners.
What we are looking for:
* IT-affinity and preferably experience in IT administration, cyber security, and user management.
* Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with IT or alternatively business or sales background.
* Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP and AS400) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
* Fluent in oral and written English, with a basic understanding of German.
* Independent, structured, and cooperative way of working, with interest in intercultural collaboration.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a vibrant team spirit.
