As an IT Business Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to leverage digital capabilities for commercial success and customer satisfaction, especially in our Cleaning business. You will ensure that digital solutions are at the forefront of our business strategy and operational service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining the momentum of using digital solutions from the start of commercial discussions through customer transitions and sustaining enthusiasm and engagement on all related initiatives.
Location: Porto, Portugal
Your Day-to-Day Journey at ISS Tech Portugal:
* Responsible for proactive business consulting, solution strategy development, and demand refinement for the whole digital Cleaning ecosystem within our end-to-end business process.
* Collection and review of demands, e.g., from business development, renewals, and innovation.
* Supports the development of project requests (quality, scoping, effort/cost estimation, business case, and prioritization).
* Support of business case creation and evaluation of demands based on the portfolio criteria.
* Responsible for overarching demand synchronization and consolidation within the specialization.
* Accountable for initiation, coordination, and monitoring of implementation of approved demands.

* Account Teams managing our customers.
* Commercial Teams / Transition Teams.
* ISS Country business stakeholders.
* Internal and external implementation partners.
* Global and local IT teams.
What makes you a great fit:
* University degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, business IT, or similar.
* More than 2 years of work experience in software consulting or customer-facing roles.
* Experience in software development or analytics roles.
* More than 2+ years of project management experience in global multinational companies.
* Ability to translate and integrate key practices from other functions such as marketing and product excellence into execution.
* Strong and confident presentation and demonstration skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong desire to learn and adapt to new and existing tools.
* Intrapreneurial spirit to bring forth innovation and a game-changing mindset into the team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Nice to have:
* Good understanding of performance management, commercial activities, and customer transitions.
* Experience in application solution architecture.
