What You Will Do
1. Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
2. Lead complex customer onboardings and training initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of products and services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer organization.
4. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
5. Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Prepare renewal discussions and lead negotiation conversations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure customer success.
8. Manage escalations and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
What You Need To Succeed
1. You bring experience in Customer Success and managing clients while also being able to lead negotiations.
2. You bring experience in B2B SaaS and already have experience in the DACH region, so that you’re familiar with the market and its dynamics.
3. You speak excellent German and English.
4. You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
5. You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and solve their challenges.
6. You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
7. You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
8. You have a good understanding of technology and different tools, including Excel and HubSpot.
9. You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.
10. You are willing to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to constantly improve our proposition.
