As part of our Business & Customer Development team, you'll take the lead in expanding our Food Service channel in Portugal while developing opportunities in the Spanish market.
Your role will be key in negotiating with clients, optimizing profitability, and ensuring our brand stands out in the IV Range category.
Lisbon-based, with flexibility to travel to our Odemira Head Office, Spain or UK when needed.
Contract type: Permanent.
Your Role at a Glance:Be the face of Vitacress – Build and strengthen key customer relationships in Food Service.Drive sales & profitability – Lead negotiations, optimize market share, and implement growth strategies.Lead & innovate – Manage product mix, collaborate with marketing, and inspire the sales team for top performance.B2B Lover – Introduce Vitacress brand in all channels that consume, transform, and/or distribute vegetables.Experienced & Skilled – Proven KAM background in FMCG, with Food Service expertise as a plus.Strong Communicator & Influencer – Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus) with direct, impactful communication.Strategic & Sales Driven – P&L mastery, problem-solving mindset, and a structured, self-driven approach.If you're ready to take on a high-impact role in a growing company, let's talk!
