Mission: As a Customer Service Supply Chain, you will be the key liaison between our Operations/Supply Chain team and our retail customers.
Your mission will be to ensure top-tier service levels, execute logistics trade terms, and support promotional initiatives while building strong client relationships.
You will Develop and implement collaborative plans with retail customers.
Ensure compliance with agreed logistics trade terms and customer satisfaction.
Support the Sales team in executing promotional plans and product assortment changes.
Track and improve key service KPIs (OTIF, VF, Penalties).
Be the focal point for logistics discussions with customers and Sales teams.
Lead logistics negotiations and problem-solving initiatives.
Manage a team of order management specialists.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners You have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
2 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or in a similar position in the FMCG sector (preferred); Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including an advanced level MS Excel) and other relevant software.
Willingness to travel; Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory), advance level of Spanish (preferred); You are: Eager to learn and to contribute for change; Self-motivated and curious; Willing to have impact on a changing environment; Proactive, with sense of responsibility.
