Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of department goals and ensure your action plan aligns with country priorities for Home Furnishing Business (HFB) in your store.
2. Maintain a well-stocked shop with four merchandising basics consistently in place.
3. Ensure adequate staffing levels to serve customers and assist them in their purchasing decisions.
4. Guarantee your team has comprehensive knowledge of product ranges and IKEA services to enhance customer shopping experiences.
5. Understand various IKEA sales and communication channels to leverage information effectively for different customer segments.
6. Act swiftly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback.
7. Develop your team and its members, ensuring succession planning is in place.
Qualifications

2. Familiarity with store operations, range presentation, and in-store logistics, aligned with the IKEA way.
