The Role: Application Support Specialist
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our team. The main focus of this role will be to provide support to Identity and Access Management platforms through Digital People Solutions and other application platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide application support for our IT services (Identity Management application) and other Digital People Solutions platforms.
* Manage incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering end-to-end customer experiences through 2nd and 3rd line support for access services within DPS.
* Analyze and report on data using access management interfaces and batch file operations.
* Document relevant application support information, including use cases and identifying areas for improvement or old documentation.
* Share knowledge with the team regarding applications and supported activities.
