Business Development Specialist

Your New Role
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise sector (industry and services).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand and effectively communicate their solutions.
* Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Manage sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or Management (preferred but not mandatory).
* At least 3-5 years of proven experience in IT sales, particularly in selling custom development projects.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English (mandatory).
