A leading company specializing in technological solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary reinforcement of their HR team.
Your new role
* Payroll processing across different EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements;
* Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies;
* Manage and optimize HRIS (SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy;
* Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;
* Generate and analyze HR reports;
* Reporting to Finance on payroll masters;
* Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate record-keeping;
* Management of all HR related documents including contract documents;
* Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles;
* Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors);
* Strong Excel and HR analytics skills;
* Strong communication skills and team spirit;
* Resilient, methodical and attention to detail.
